The Pizza Stone is designed to withstand high temperatures and can be used in standard and convection ovens as well as under the broiler. Ridges on the top surface enable airflow under the pizza, helping to create a crispy crust. The Pizza Stone turns a grill (gas, charcoal or wood) into an outdoor pizza oven.

- Easy to clean with soap and water; dishwasher safe
