Description

Shun has added a rigid boning/fillet knife to the Premier series. When boning, the narrow, sharp, curved blade gets in close to the bone, making it easy to separate meat from bone. Its perfect for trimming the silver skin from a tenderloin or roast or even making your own cutlets. When it comes to filleting fish, the blade’s 6-in. length is just right to glide through the body of the fish, quickly removing bones and skin.

The Shun Premier Boning/Fillet Knife is part of the beautiful Shun Premier line. Each blade has a cutting core of Shun’s proprietary VG-MAX super steel to take and hold a precision edge. The layered Damascus cladding supports the core and provides additional stain resistance.
